To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, please adhere to the following rules and guidelines during your time at Tommy Life:
Children aged from 2.5 years old up to 13 years old are welcome to enjoy the playground facilities.
Toddlers under 2.5 years old must be accompanied by an adult (parents/nannies) while at the playground. These adults are responsible for ensuring the safety of the child at all times.
3. Special Needs Accommodation:
Children with special needs must be accompanied by adults during their visit.
4. Parental Responsibilities:
Before entering the playground, parents must:
Familiarize themselves with the playground rules.
Provide Tommy Life employees with contact phone numbers and any other required information.
5. Preparation Before Entry:
Prior to entering the playground area, parents must ensure that their child has used the toilet facilities.
6. Clothing and Safety Measures:
Parents must ensure that children remove top clothing, shoes, and wear socks before entering the playground.
Remove any hard or sharp objects, coins, or items that may cause injury to the child or damage playground equipment from children's pockets. Tommy Life is not liable for lost items.
7. Time Management and Charges:
Any time extensions beyond the agreed-upon duration will incur additional charges.
Parents/guardians must pick up their child promptly at the scheduled time, even if they bring the child late.
Unused time cannot be carried over to the next day or any other day, including days of absence.
Only the child registered for the service is permitted to use it.
9. Service Validity and Refunds:
The validity of the service is strictly as per the dates mentioned in the registration form.
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for unused days or hours.
10.Property Damage and Illness:
Parents/guardians are responsible for any property damage caused by their child.
Sick children cannot be admitted to Tommy Life.
11. Behavioral Guidelines:
In the event of aggression towards other playground visitors or any condition preventing the child from safely enjoying the playground, such as hysteria or intentional damage to property, Tommy Life employees reserve the right to contact the child's parents or legal representatives.
